ADFERT initiated a quality improvement program to ensure that products as well as the raw materials used in production are subjected to strict quality control procedures.
Quality control program established standard specifications for raw materials & final products, methods of analysis, formulations & handling of reference samples of raw materials and finished products.:

  1. Raw material Check
    1. Upon receiving the raw materials, a sample is collected by the laboratory technician for physical-chemical analysis.
    2. Samples of raw materials are also kept in the laboratory as a reference
    3. Results of the analysis are compared with the specifications and the certificate of analysis issued by the suppliers.
    4. Rejected raw materials are kept in one area and not used in production.
  2. Production Process monitoring
    1. Before the start of production the QC department makes sure that the production line is clean, all equipment is in good working condition, and packaging materials contain all the necessary information specified by the customer.
    2. Bag information is carefully checked by the production foreman.
    3. Weight is carefully monitored by the quality control in-charge. Two weighing systems are available to avoid under weight products.
    4. Samples of finished products are collected from each batch to check the consistency of quality. Chemical analyses are done to check if the products meet the specifications.
    5. Reference samples from each shipment are also kept in the laboratory for reference.
    6. Physical inspection of the finished goods is conducted by the production supervisor followed by the production foreman and lastly by the quality control in-charge.
    7. Quality control in-charge determines whether the product is acceptable (with green sticker) or it is rejected (with red sticker).
    8. Proper areas are allocated such as buffering area, storage area and loading area for a more organized process.
    9. Loading reports containing photos of each container/truck are prepared for records.

All these above necessary & relevant procedures are actually carried out in accordance with the ongoing QC procedures of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 to ensure that no materials used in production are released for use, nor are products released for sales or supply prior to quality being judged to satisfactory.
Trust of our clients and partners is a priority target for sustainable long relation.
